
+ Coordinating with Branding department on prospecting process.
+ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to expand business network.
+ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
+ Setting company’s sales target and individual sales target to ensure sales goals is on track.
+ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team and provide ongoing support and training through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education when necessary.
+ Finding and developing new products / markets and improving sales.
+ Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
+ Preparing sales report on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
+ Involve in recruitment process for Business Development team
Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role
– Proven sales track record
– Experience in customer support is a plus
+ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
+ Proficiency in English and Malay
+ Have market knowledge, resourceful with outstanding research skills.
