Digital Marketer
(Position - Junior & Senior)


+ Support and optimize our organization’s digital marketing programs.

+ Tracking campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, collating content, updating online assets, streamlining digital marketing production, and handling general digital marketing activities.

+ Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner

+ Prepare and present accurate reports on campaign’s overall performance and other required relevant reports


+ Proven experience in field such as Marketing or related role

+ Solid understanding of Pay-Per-Click Advertising and media buying

+ Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies

+ Familiarity with tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance

+ Write clear, attractive, compelling copy with a distinct voice for various mediums (e.g. ads, sale page, social media content, blog post, article, newsletter) 

+ Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements + Collaborate with designers, marketers and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages) 

+ Conduct high-quality research and interviews 

+ Understand what make people buy and utilizing the knowledge of psychology and human behavior in the copy


+ Proven experience as a copywriter or related role

Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.

Business Development Executive


– Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets

– Prospecting and procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the Branding department

– Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business

– Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems

– Crafting business proposals and contracts, delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients to draw in more revenue from them.

– Negotiating with clients to secure the most value proposition services.
– Get familiar with all products and services offered by the company.

– Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

– Communicate and work together with CRM department to ensure future upgrades or added products and services that are relevant to clients can be executed.

– To assist in sales and leads progress reporting as necessary

Business Development Manager


– Coordinating with Branding department on prospecting process.

– Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to expand business network.

– Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

– Setting company’s sales target and individual sales target to ensure sales goals is on track.

– Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team and provide ongoing support and training through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education when necessary.

– Finding and developing new products / markets and improving sales.

– Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

– Preparing sales report on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

– Involve in recruitment process for Business Development team


– Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role

– Proven sales track record

– Experience in customer support is a plus

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager


– Identify key areas of improvement across global customer journey to reduce frictions and increase loyalty.

– Drive those improvements and efficiencies across the whole spectrum of touch points and through adoption of reliable CRM system.

– Build specific lifecycle actions to recognize, reward, retain or re-engage with existing clients.

– Communicate with clients through Slack channel, email and on social media platforms when necessary.

– Provide kind, positive, can-do-attitude problem solving every time, no matter how challenging the issue or how unpleasant the client is.

– Ensure solutions are being provided to client within 24–48 hours (during business days) —doing everything possible to solve problems with one email, minimizing back-and-forth correspondence.

– Work with other departments to create better methods to address customer complaints.

– Measure customer satisfaction through consistent client feedback assesment and assess the impact of the actions.

– In any case when any client issue cannot be solved, to create a concise list of what needs to be addressed to highlight to Top Management for insight/problem solving.

– Comprehensively lead in developing new products/services and customize existing products/services to ensure upsell/cross sell to clients remain relevant.

– Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.


– A minimum of 5 years’ experience as CRM Manager, Customer Service Executive or a relevant role

– Excellent interpersonal, conflict management and communication skills.

– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

– Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task.

– Extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.

– A team player with leadership skills.

– Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Video Editor


-Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.

-Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.

-Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value

-Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.

-Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.

-Film videos on set or on location.

-Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.

-Consult and plan the shoot with the creative team and the client throughout the project

-Direct other camera operators so that the needed footage is acquired.
-Performing research for each video.

-Recording and editing footage that has excellent sound and video quality where necessary.

-Uploading content to a system or website

– Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models

– Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar may be advantage.
